Herp Test & Trivia Games
One of the best ways to learn herp ID is trial and error. That is why we have a series of herp test for you to test your knowledge. These are done with Google Forms, but we are not collecting test information and we are not asking for any personal information; so fell confident that it is completely anonymous, and the only people seeing your answers are who you are sharing with. This is for your education, and you can even test your knowledge with friends.
Our test are designated under 4 levels based on difficulty.
Elementary: Designed for novice who are interested in herping, but are learning the basics of Reptiles and Amphibians. Good for school groups, new naturalist, and people that have a seeded interest in these animals.
Basic: Designed for new herpers that know the simple knowledge of what herps and herping is. Good for highschool/college groups, naturalist, and people that have a sprouting interest in these animals.
Moderate: Designed for herpers that are ready to test their knowledge of herps. Good for college groups, naturalist, and people that have a blooming interest in these animals.
Difficult: Designed for expert herpers that are ready to test their knowledge of herps. Good for teachers, seasoned naturalist, and people that have a fruiting interest in these animals.

ID Based Test
American Bullfrog or Green Frog Basic
This is a simple test to see how well you know the American Bullfrog and the Green Frog.

This is a simple test to see if you can distinguish a lizard from a salamander. Though they have a similar body plan, lizards are reptiles and salamanders are amphibians.

This is a basic test to see if you can distinguish these two similar frog species. You are given photos and a county and asked to ID.
